Mark Weinberg

Mark Weinberg is Co-director, with Jenny Wanasek, of The Center for Applied Theatre in Milwaukee. He began his study of Theatre of the Oppressed with Boal in 1992 and has since offered interactive and collaborative workshops and training sessions that use techniques drawn primarily from Theatre of the Oppressed and The Virtues Project to educators, administrators, students, activists, theatre-makers, and community organizations in the U.S., Australia, Canada, and Europe. Mark has an MFA in Directing and a Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota and over 35 years of university teaching experience. He is currently a storytelling coach and workshop leader with Ex Fabula and directing at Pink Umbrella.
